Cancelling an order
We intend to prepare and dispatch your order as fast as could be so unfortunately cancelling or changing your order can't be considered. It would be ideal if you take additional consideration while choosing your products.
Return & Refund Policy
If any of the products you have ordered came in a damaged or disappointing condition you may be entitled to return your items within 7 days of receipt, free of charge. You will be refunded to your credit card for the amount paid for the product excluding any shipping costs. The return shipping cost will be also refunded.
If any of the products you have ordered did not match your skin tone, you may be entitled to return you items within 7 days of receipt. You will be refunded to your WALLET in kstarscosmetics.com excluding any shipping costs. The return shipping cost won’t be refunded. It would be ideal if you take additional consideration while choosing your shades.
If you refuse to pay additional taxes & duties on your order ARAMEX will try to return your order to KSTARS COSMETICS. A refund to your WALLET will be processed within 7 days from returning the shipment. However please note that the cost of returning your order will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. Please note some countries’ law and regulations may not permit your shipment to be returned due to inability to pay custom taxes and charges, in this case a refund is not ensured.
Exclusions and Conditions
- Items purchased during promotions or activations are not refundable. No refund will be processed if items were returned.
- Used items are not refundable
- Exchanges cannot be processed
- We do not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers, please contact your retailer directly
